Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and public relations communications under the Director of Corporate Marketing for all business units of Cutter Aviation - an eight location full-service Fixed Base Operator providing superior services to the corporate and business aviation industry through the Southwestern United States. Additonally responsible for Internet presence management and interactive advertisement planning, placement and oversight.
Public Affairs Officer (Volunteer)
Acting as marketing and publicity manager for the Warbirds Unlimited Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit historic aviation group operating a North American B-25H Mitchell. Responsible for public relations and press management, media purchase and advertising design, website design and maintenance, and social media evangelist for the organization.
Associate Editor
Co-developer and graphic designer for the Warbirds Resource Group (WRG) including noted websites: Warbirds Information Xchange, and Warbird Registry. Through aggressive “grassroots” marketing, WRG visitor traffic increased by 25% in 2006, growing to just over 1.5 Million visitors per year. Marketing and promotion efforts have established WRG as a primary source for sites such as Google, CNN, and BBC. Currently involved in redesigning the original user interface for the site for the first time in five years to accommodate new features such as daily news blogs and RSS feeds that will lead to further growth and marketability to niche advertisers.
Preparing for a 2008 launch of new WRG properties including the Warbird Business Directory, a B2B directory for warbird aviation suppliers, services, restorers, and operators.

Acting as production coordinator and designer for Graduate and Non-Traditional admissions marketing activities and coordinate all print and electronic communications from initial design through final deposition. Lead copy and graphic designer complete print collateral redesign for undergraduate recruiting (viewbook, program brochures, etc) for 2007-08. Active as consultant for marketing production of materials for other departments of Daniel Webster College including, but not limited to: Aviation, Athletics, Development, Academics, Student Life, Public Relations, and Career Resources.

Responsible for all publicity management for the Wings of Freedom WWII B-17 and B-24 tour for 2001-2006. Strengthened overall marketing program for the Collings Foundation in design of promotional posters and press kits as well as complete redesign of CF Internet presence. Helped contribute to 10-16% increase in gross donations through promotion of B-17 and B-24 "flight experience" program from 2002 through 2006. Developed membership program for the Collings Foundation in 2005, yielding over 400 new members in the first year. Managed advertising campaigns in more than 50 US markets annually for the Wings of Freedom Tour.

Working as a Customer Service Representative at Jet Aviation, a general aviation FBO specializing in handling of personal and business turbine aircraft. Duties include dealing directly with customers, pilots, and dispatchers to assure timely and accurate aircraft handling, invoicing of customers, and scheduling of hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation.
Charter Operations Assistant

Primary duties include sales and marketing of charter trips, working with customers on custom charter solutions, quoting and flight planning for domestic and international charter flights, flight follow-up and flight logging. Responsible for creating and updating pilot duty time compliance spreadsheet and log as well as maintaining all charter-specific software used within the office. Additional experience includes: FAA Part 135 compliance issues, charter and corporate aircraft management proposals, and maintenance database and scheduling solutions.
